**Job description**:
This post is an exciting opportunity to drive forward change and transformation for Civilian People Service across the Ministry of Defence. You will lead a team of Product Managers to work with Technical Developers, Hr Policy Leads and Modernisation Teams across MOD top expand our HR Cloud Based Systems. You will also be planning and delivering on increasing our programme of activity for robotics and digitisation implementation. As Deputy to the Senior Product owner you will also be working closely with Contractors to ensure that we maintain our adoption of evergreen technology for the best employee experience.
- You will provide visible and effective leadership on all change activity across all the DBS Civilian People Operational teams.
- FPCP. Develop a clear vision and plan to improve services and implement new opportunities in digitisation and automation with the employee experience as a key focus.
- Lead on the change management elements of all modernisation work for our HR IT System, engaging stakeholders and ensuring engagement and communications on change are prioritised.
- Use project management methodology to track and assure that business change is effectively delivered across all operational teams and within the Department.
- Work with colleagues from the wider teams to bring working practices closer together, removing duplication of activities and adopting best practice in the delivery and implementation of change.
- Support Deputy Head in the delivery of Evergreen Quarterly Releases and identifying opportunities for HR technical development and work with the HR Functions to ensure the delivery of all BAU change is timely and in accordance with the Function’s requirement.
- To ensure resource levels and financial expenditure are maintained within delegated limits.
