We are looking for a permanent Digital Content Lead to join our User Experience team.

The User Experience (UX) Practice covers the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI’s Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimized for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs. The team also support and enable localisation of experiences for global markets, developed in collaboration with regional and country teams to ensure best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with multiple content process tools to create and govern digital channel output
- Perform audits on existing and new digital content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines for voice, optimization, and suitability.
- Monitor and research competitors to assess keywords or content to cover.
- Ensure unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Collaborate on and work with the content calendar to develop short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels.
- Create engaging content and work with Marketing copywriters to develop content that meets company objectives and drives brand standards.
- Track, test, and measure the performance of digital content with the use of digital tools that measure key performance indicators and metrics.

What we are looking for:
Education/Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant professional certifications

Knowledge & Experience
- Content expert with a history of identifying and driving improvements across multichannel client journeys through an effective content strategy.
- Extensive experience in digital content strategy and implementation
- Exposure to emerging best practice Digital tools and methodologies for content strategy, creation, and evaluation
- Collaboration with internal business teams and external agencies
- Advocacy and communication of best practice across global organisations
- Continuous improvement practice
- Knowledge of industry tools and services for Content creation, testing and management
- Experience in tools and practices for content translation and contextualisation for global markets
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into compelling content and experiences.
- Information architecture analysis and recommendations
- Content strategy and creation best practices
- Content testing and measurement
- Third-party and agency resource management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
