We are looking for a Digital User Experience Lead to join our BSI team.

The User Experience (UX) Practice covers the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI’s Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimised for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs. The team also support and enable localisation of experiences for global markets, developed in collaboration with regional and country teams to ensure best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Define and redefine user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Determine information architecture, create sitemaps and user flows
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Conduct usability testing and usability acceptance testing

What we are looking for:
Education/Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional certifications

Knowledge & Experience
- User experience expert with a history of identifying and driving improvements across multichannel client journeys.
- Collaboration with internal business teams and external agencies
- Advocacy and communication of best practice across global organisations Customer journey mapping
- Extensive experience in digital experience design, and relevant tools, in global organisations
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Exposure to emerging best practice tools and methodologies for User Experience and Digital
- Voice of client implementation
- Continuous improvement practice
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, Pardot, Episerver
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- User research and usability testing
- Information architecture analysis and recommendations
- Digital visual design best practices
- Third-party and agency resource management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
