About the role

In this newly created position, the Global Head of Digital Training will spearhead our Digital Training strategy, successfully enabling our Training Academy to champion our innovative and evolutionary digital offerings. You’ll work collaboratively with senior leaders, challenging and influencing our existing ways of working by identifying the need for change.

This will be an incredibly challenging but rewarding role as you will be a key member of our Global Training Leadership team, playing an integral part in driving the growth of our training business across the globe.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Identify the Digital Training needs of our clients and the best learning solutions to meet their demands.- Develop and implement an effective Digital Training commercial model, including volume pricing and subscription services for On-demand eLearning.- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Digital Training portfolio, from conceptualisation to launch and post-launch analysis.- Provide ongoing training to sales teams regarding the features and benefits of our digital products.

To be successful in this role

You’ll have strong commercial acumen with the ability to build solid and credible relationships with key stakeholders across the business. In addition to this, you’ll have:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and optimising user experience.- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital training strategies.- Experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital products.- Experience of working with multi-national/cultural teams.
