Creative Director

Ministry of CRM is a dynamic and fast-growing agency specializing in data-driven email marketing and CRM strategies. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate and visionary Creative Director to lead our talented design team. Additionally, we offer end-to-end services that include website design, providing a comprehensive digital experience for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in digital design, including website design, Figma, and design systems, along with exceptional typography skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to build scalable workflows to ensure the efficiency of our design services. You will lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver high-quality, scalable design solutions that align with both client brand guidelines and objectives.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns for global brands in the spirits industry and shape the creative direction for our CRM initiatives. The role offers significant potential for growth as we continue to scale.

• Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional creative work, ensuring the timely delivery of projects with a focus on high-quality design, even under tight deadlines.
• Website & Email Design: Take the lead on designing and overseeing the execution of modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and emails that align with client brand guidelines and deliver an excellent user experience.
• Design Systems Development: Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure efficiency across multiple digital touchpoints, including email campaigns and websites.
• Typography Expertise: Implement exceptional typography standards across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and visual clarity.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain the highest standards of design quality, ensuring pixel-perfect execution in both website designs and other digital assets.
• Brand Guidelines: Work closely with brand teams to extend and apply brand guidelines to all digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent brand experience across websites, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Workflow Optimization: Build and streamline design workflows for the team to improve efficiency, collaboration, and scalability of design services.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with our strategy, development, and CRM teams to ensure alignment between creative vision and project execution.
• Client Communication: Present creative concepts and solutions to senior client stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met while exceeding creative standards.
• Mentorship and Growth: Foster the professional development of your design team, promoting creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Spend 2-3 days a week at the company or client offices (Chiswick, London), working closely with teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Lead Designer, or Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in website/email design and other digital applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma: Experience in creating, managing, and scaling design systems, with a focus on websites and email marketing.
• Exceptional typography: Deep knowledge of typefaces, layout, and visual hierarchy, with a focus on digital applications and website designs.
• Attention to detail: A meticulous eye for design quality and precision in execution, especially across websites and brand digital assets.
• Agency experience: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Branding expertise: In-depth understanding of brand guidelines and how to extend them across digital platforms, including websites and email marketing.
• Strong communication skills: Capable of articulating creative ideas clearly to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Problem-solving ability: Ability to think creatively to resolve challenges and deliver innovative design solutions.

• Experience working with high-profile brands, particularly in consumer goods, luxury goods, or spirits brands.
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and manage a creative team with a focus on both creativity and efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading design projects from concept to delivery, particularly in web design and digital platforms.
• A passion for design and the creative process, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends in web design, branding, and digital marketing.
