**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:
As our Learning Content Designer, some of your day to day duties will include.
- Designing and developing high-quality learning content that meets the needs of the target audience.
- Using appropriate instructional design methodologies and techniques to develop effective learning content.
- Developing training materials in a variety of formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training and blended learning approaches.
- Working with the Performance Development Manager, trainers and SMEs to ensure that all training materials are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with the department’s Skills Matrix.
- Developing ways to test learning and evaluate the success of training, including creating assessments and evaluating learner performance.
- Ensuring that all training materials comply with PRS for Music's brand guidelines and are consistent with our tone of voice.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Learning Content Designer or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience of similar projects from inception to completion for other unregulated businesses where no prior experience/knowledge exists.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience.
- Strong instructional design skills, with experience using a range of authoring tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning and LMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Qualification in instructional design, education, or a related field preferred.

**The Process**

Our interview process for this role is simple and as follows:

- First stage interview virtually.
- Second stage interview in person at our London Bridge Hub.

**Location**

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home for 3 days per week. However, when you see the view from our London Bridge Hub overlooking the River Thames, we are sure you will want to join us in our fun, collaborative working space
