**Job description**

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative, polite individual willing to develop their knowledge and skills of the following customer service and administration roles:

- Answer phone calls
- Take customer orders
- Handle inquiries and complaints
- Promote sales
- Packaging and dispatching orders
- Stock taking and record keeping
- Adhere to team budgets and goals

We require an individual who is professional, computer literate, creative and who is willing to learn and develop skills in following customer service and administration roles.

**Handle Inquiries and Complaints**

If a customer has an issue with a product or their order, customer service administrators will have to handle it in a professional and polite manner. Strong customer service skills are vital to this part of the role.

**Promote Sales**

Customer service administrators promote discounts and sales in order to reach sales targets. They’re briefed on these targets on a regular basis and educate themselves on the unique selling points of a product in order to effectively promote it to customers.

**Booking, packing and dispatching orders**

The job role will include booking orders for dispatch with the relevant courier, ensuring the products are packaged safely and collected by the courier each day in line with our next day delivery cut off time.

**Stock taking and record keeping**

Will be required to perform stock taking duties, recording any stock discrepancies to inform senior staff members.

**Adhere to Team Budgets and Goals**

As part of a wider team, customer service administrators work towards goals and budgets set on a yearly, quarterly, or monthly basis while adhering to company policies. Often there are strategies and processes in place to try and meet these goals, which customer service administrators implement on a daily basis

**Further Roles**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£22,500.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Do you have any of the following; GCSE grade C or above in Business studies, Customer Service or Administrative courses or apprenticeships, ICT, Photography, Media Studies, and any transferrable skills that can be displayed in the interview.
- We will accept GCSE grade D in English and/or Maths provided that you have relevant experience and skills obtained in previous employment, (references will be required).

Do you have a GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths if not, do you have experience in previous employment where English and Maths were paramount?

- Sales & Customer Service Administrator: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
