**The role: Customer Service Administrator**

**Salary: £24,000-£25000**

**Location: Sheffield, S8**

2fawcett are recruiting for a customer service administrator to join our client in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day customer enquiries
- Providing order updates
- Using ERP systems to establish order status and stock levels
- Liaising with the production department on urgent customer demands
- Monitoring production progress
- Manages customer expectations
- Customer order book management
- Logging quote requests on system
- Processing sales orders
- General admin duties where needed.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
