**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our USA based sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department that support our clients operations selling Promotional Products.
As the role will be supporting our USA operations the optimal working hours would be 12pm - 8:30pm with a hybrid working arrangement.
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Provide the sales team with sourcing products within a product database to suggest items best suited to the customers needs.
- Preparing quotations with product selections for provision to the sales team.
- Creating customer sales orders, invoices and purchase order documents within internal systems.
- Maintain and update sales,customer and supplier records in the company database.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Monitor and track orders and follow up with suppliers on pending items.
- Liase with artwork service department to ensure client branding is suitable and art files are submitted to product suppliers appropriately.
**Skills**:
- Experience within the Promotional Products industry is a key advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new Order Management systems.
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with internal teams and external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IT systems to navigate through company databases efficiently.
- Fluency in English for written and verbal communication.
Pay: £21,000.00 per year
