We are a box manufacturer and packaging distributor, looking for a new employee to assist in our busy sales and accounts office.

The job will be a variation of sales & purchase administration, credit control, customer service and general sales (customers at reception/by phone)

The main duties within the role are to.....
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (phone calls, inquiries, order processing, credit control, filing)
- Reviewing customer accounts to monitor patterns/spend and relaying to sales team/directly contact customers, pro-actively
- Generate sales reports for management team on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Manage internal stock, reacting to minimum/maximum stock levels
- Contacting customers for payments, sending statements, chasing overdue monies
- Allocation of payments to/from (sales/purchase)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, quotations

Our preference would be that you have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment, though regardless, full training of our product range and processes will be given. Salary offered will be dependant on previous experience and skills.

You should have the following skills.....
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

As well as a willingness to learn and able to adapt to different tasks throughout the day.

The job will require you to continually monitor and prioritise your work accordingly as you will be working on various tasks throughout the day, as well as being reactive to customers and more urgent tasks each day.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
