Accidents Direct is a leading Claims Firm and are looking to hire a permanent Telesales Executive to work within their Claims team.

In this role the successful applicant will be speaking to potential clients looking for Immigration Advice and help with their Personal Injury and Housing Disrepair Claims.

This position does not require any cold calling and all leads are inbound via our website and direct advertising.

Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls to customers to convert them into clients.
- Sell to customers our legal services and increase order value, introducing new promotions, products and product groups not previously purchased.
- Develop sales opportunities through careful analysis of data and account statistics.
- Manage all leads via our CRM to ensure all clients are kept updated and achieve maximum conversion rates.
- Archive Key Performance Indicators as set by management.
- Ability to learn quickly how immigration works and be a keen and fast learner

Key requirements:
- Previous telesales/sales experience
- Able to work accurately to timescales
- Good telephone manner
- Sales focused with drive to deliver against targets

Salary £20,000 - £22,000 Basic - Plus Commission

OTE £30K - £35K

There is lots of room to grow for determined and hungry individuals.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
