The Body Reset Clinic (BRC) is looking for an enthusiastic, capable part-time receptionist with a “can do” attitude to join our busy and friendly reception team. BRC is a well-respected clinic providing physiotherapy, sports massage and injury recovery. Based in specialist facilities in Hartley Wintney, BRC has strong links to local sports clubs and associations.
We require a receptionist with excellent communications, interpersonal and IT skills. The role is the first point of contact for all patients both on the phone and face-to-face, booking / amending appointments and providing a warm and professional welcome to all patients and accompanying guests, both existing and new to the Body Reset Clinic (BRC), portraying the practice on the highest possible professional standard at all times. There is also close team working with the clinical therapy team and undertaking administrative duties under the supervision of the Clinic Director and Admin Team ensuring all duties are carried out to a high level of care and professionalism. It is vital to show the necessary respect and care to protect patient and data confidentiality.
The hours/ days will be mutually agreed but are expected to be around 12-15 hours per week and will include a standard pattern of daytime, morning, afternoon or early evening shifts, plus some Saturday mornings on a rota basis. The role may increase in time. Previous clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
