We have a rare opportunity opening up for a Pet Insurance Administrator at an expanding practice in Fleet. This Hampshire town has been named as one of the healthiest, happiest and wealthiest place to live in Britain for 3 years on the run.

This modern practice has been providing exceptional health care to the pets in the area since 2000 and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology including an in-house laboratory, digital radiographic equipment, acupuncture and haematology.
- Accurately process insurance claims within agreed timescales
- Accurately record and process payments
- Liaise with clients and insurance companies on the telephone in a professional, yet sensitive manner
- Take calls / deal with client queries
- Debt management
- Other ad-hoc duties requested by the management team

The Role:

- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience (ideally Registered Veterinary Nurse or experienced Veterinary Receptionist)
- Experience of processing veterinary insurance claims
- Proficient use of Microsoft software (Outlook/Excel)
- Able to pick up and learn new tasks quickly
- Exceptionally organised and able to prioritise workload
- Confident and professional when speaking with senior members of staff, clients and insurance providers
- Be empathetic to client circumstances
- Take ownership of tasks and effectively streamline processes
