You will be reporting into the VP-HR Product & Engineering and will provide support to the Sr. People & Program Partner and HRBP Directors. You will also be working together with the team to support the Product & Engineering functions, whilst collaborating with the wider HR & COE teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general HR support to the global business.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure all items are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Leveraging prior experience in supporting Induction, Probation, Exit Process and Talent Assessment.
- Build relationships with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and other HR Business Partners.
- Facilitate and program manage roll-out of COE programs - including employee engagement survey and action planning, performance management, compensation planning, rewards and recognition programs etc.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and people managers world-wide who need support, guidance or who may have queries.
- Support with the delivery of accurate and timely transactional HR processes.
- Position Management: manage & record all changes and provide reports on a frequent basis.
- Manage absence management to minimise absence rates and promote positive colleague relations.
- Manage employee relations issues to ensure fair and reasonable approach aligned to internal and statutory procedures and above all we do the right thing by our people.
- Collaborate across HR to create and cascade global HR programs within regional client groups in a way that is culturally aligned to location.
- Participate & support in local CSR & DEI activities.
- Advise managers and employees on internal policies.
- Actively involved in onboarding and ensure onboarding processes are to a high quality.
- Continually improve team efficiency, personal skills, and team skills.
- Take initiatives and be resourceful.
- Support the team with any other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Excellent Communicator. Very strong written and oral communication skills who presents information in a concise yet compelling way along with an executive presence. Bring to the table an ability to present ideas and points of view with a level of comfort.
- Conflict management skills with a working knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves working style. Gets things done. A self-starter, who can execute strong project management skills and can prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong people skills. Ability to listen and understand while relating to a variety of personalities and points of view. Accurately assess people and situations determining the best solution for the business. Skilled at teamwork and team leadership.
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems, experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well HR systems like Workday.
- Pragmatism and good judgment. Has a solid understanding of business models, organisations and people. Deals with situations in a logical and proactive manner. Knows when to ask for help.
- Strong administration skills. The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results with excellence.
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Employment Law.

Desired Demonstratable Experience:

- Experience with Workday.
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Membership of CIPD or demonstrable HR experience.
