People Partner - EMEA

My client a Global Communications firm, are looking to expand their HR team by hiring a People Partner to look after their Paris and Bussel’s client group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to look after both their European functions with a strong focus on the French and Brussel’s staff. You WILL be fluent in French speaking and reading.

As HR People Partner you will collaborate with the Human Resources Director and other cross-functional teams. Your role will be to provide advice, guidance, and support in achieving their business priorities, aligning with the broader HR strategy.

HR People Partner duties:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all People-related requests and inquiries in the EMEA locations
  • Reading and corresponding in French
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to reinforce strong HR practices and adherence to company HR policies throughout the business
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend the business challenges and priorities and take affirmative steps to support them
  • Partner with the Human Resources Director to develop and maintain the company's HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation in all operating jurisdictions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective employee engagement and well-being strategy
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of an effective Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy
  • Provide project support on strategic HR initiatives as needed, such as reward programs, learning and development, and talent management
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to optimize the performance of the HR function as our business continues to grow
  • Support managers in resource management, talent management, and succession planning

Skills & Experience of HR Business Partner

· Fluent in French – speaking and reading

· Experience in working across Europe, the UK, and the UK in an HR capacity

· A solid working knowledge of French employment legislation and HR best practices
