**The Opportunity**

We are looking to appoint a business focussed People Partner to strategically partner senior leaders across Arup to deliver our regional People Priorities. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, the People Partner must think creatively to identify forward thinking people solutions which help create an environment where our members can flourish and grow.

You will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement a range of people solutions that are aligned with our UKIMEA Region business plan and People Strategy. This involves working collaboratively with different teams to develop strategic talent agendas that ensure we have robust recruitment and succession plans in place to meet the demands of the future.

The People Partner will lead organisational design and development activities. Ensuring that any changes made to the business are successfully implemented by engaging with key stakeholders.

We are looking for people who are:

- Experienced in operating as a strategic People Partner in a complex matrix organisation.
- Curious, have a growth mindset and are flexible in their approach.
- Creative problem solver with a high level of initiative and a sense of personal accountability.
- Highly skilled at relationship management with senior stakeholders and be used to having to influence and deal with high levels of resistance to change.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and change.
