**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assisting the management team with general administrative tasks
- Ordering materials for projects
- Ordering office equipment and stationery
- Loading supplier invoices onto Xero accounts software
- Processing subcontractor timesheets
- Printing site drawings
- Producing and organising folders
- Processing team expenses monthly
- Booking team training
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Providing assistance with all the above for partner company Cedar Mechanical & Electrical
- Adhoc tasks as they arise

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting software
- Knowledge of computerised systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rochford, SS4 1BB (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rochford, SS4 1BB: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
