Finance & Admin Assistant

Due to our recent growth, and in line with an ambitious business development plan, we are looking to add a Finance & Admin Assistant to work alongside the Finance, Office & Marketing Managers on the Head Office team.
**Duties include**:
- Loading purchase invoices on Xero
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Ad-hoc work for the Finance & Office Manager
- Internal recruitment, including reed searches, posting job adverts, messaging on Linkedin
- Control of the company’s info account
- Ad-hoc tasks for the Marketing team, including printing, laminating, preparing graphics, and helping with social media posts for both professional services recruitment and a local hospitality venue
- Researching companies and individuals within our industry, compiling assets such as contact information, images, and other required resources for further use
- Proof-reading articles for the Marketing team, suggesting edits prior to publication
- Checking analytics and compiling reports for the wider business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organise and present effectively
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Ability to build good working relationships across the team
