Administration Hub Lead

We are looking to recruit an Admin Lead to become part of our Welfare Team. This position will be based at Rochford Hospital. You will be expected to travel around other sites within our locality. The welfare team has offices in Rochford Hospital, Basildon Mental Health Unit, Brockfield House and The Linden Centre, Broomfield Hospital. This position is a Part time Job Share 15 hours per week (0.40 WTE) Monday and Tuesday. The post holder will have excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills, be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

The welfare team are involved in frontline tasks, including telephone enquiries, cash handling and reconciling accounts, face to face with patients and clinical staff, travelling to different trust sites, assisting the team where needed. There are other general administrative tasks involved to support the clinical staff.

Part of your Job role will include recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring, 1:1 supports and appraisals.
