Do you want to play a key role as an HR officer in a growing and successful SME? Do you have the confidence to have full autonomy for an HR function and be able to grow and develop alongside the growth of the business? You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, also overseeing an Internal trainer and work closely with key stakeholders and senior members of the team including liaising with international offices.

**This role offers HYBRID working, office based 2 days per week**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Overseeing employee relation issues
- Ensure legal obligations are met by the organisation in regard to Employment law
- Ensure policies are documented, followed and remain up to date
- Producing regular reports for management meetings relating to staff turnover and budget
- Support and note-taking during annual reviews and probation meetings
- Full payroll support using Sage
- New starter onboarding including Experian background checks
- Full involvement in various HR projects

Your ability to work independently and adapt depending on what is needed will ensure success for this role. It will be advantageous to have CIPD level 3 or 5 although support will be given if required.
