Hours of work: 8.45am - 5pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

**Day to Day Duties**
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers
- Processing work orders
- Checking lay sheets
- Accurate data entry
- Following up on orders and ensuring on time delivery of products
- Resolving any queries
- Liaising with the warehouse

**Essential Skills**

Excellent attention to detail and a polite telephone manner is essential for this role.

**Desirable Experience**

Previous experience in processing orders will be desirable
