Mulaverse Ltd specialises in property maintenance solutions - management of property repairs and maintenance services in London for small to medium sized projects in respect of residential properties owned by housing associations and commercial entities, with a view to expand in future to larger scale projects and commercial property.

We have been awarded and selected to work with a multitude of reputable companies including, but not limited to, London & Quadrant, Peabody Trust and Notting Hill Genesis.

We pride ourselves on our high quality of works and personable approaches when dealing with tenants, housing associations, commercial entities and our subcontractors.

**Role**

We are looking for an individual with expertise in respect of coordinating property repairs and maintenance to join the team. This job title is for a ‘Property Maintenance Coordinator’. The daily role includes, but is not limited to:

- Sourcing property works daily and preparing quotes, so there are ample opportunities to be carried out by our subcontractors (we will provide training on this process).
- Ensuring all jobs are completed timely and effectively.
- Regularly update ‘Muladocs’ files with precision so the progress of your jobs can be accurately recorded.
- Produce a completion report once a job has concluded, subsequently invoice for services and chase outstanding invoices when appropriate.

**Desired Skills**
- Must live in London (foreseeably permanent), act for the company in a self-employed capacity, possess a driving licence and a vehicle that is always available for use (preferably car or van) - property sites will need to occasionally be attended to supervise works assigned to subcontractors and transport materials.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills and must be able to handle high intensity situations, such as dealing with impolite disgruntled tenants.
- Must be able to think critically, problem-solve on the spot in pressured situations and work independently, as well as be able to plan their own schedule, timings and workload.
- Must be competent to carry out in-depth independent research into labour and materials required for jobs and have experience with negotiation, as well as strong organisational capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Income: 100% commission based - highly competitive to account for entirely commission based role.
