The successful candidate will be integrated into the commercial department of the property services division.
While the ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience as a Commercial Manager, they are open to considering a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning and financial forecasting
- Establishing and finalizing contracts from a commercial perspective
- Leading a team of 3-4 commercial surveyors
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
- Reconciling cost/value reports and profit forecasts
- Utilizing the NHF Schedule of rates for project assessments
- Authorizing payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Facilitating and leading progress meetings with clients
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor project status
- Overseeing profit and loss statements in conjunction with operational leads
- Managing cash flow effectively
