Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting a part time office administrator for our client in Merthyr Tydfil.
Our client is a busy estate agency in Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre.
We are looking for the successful applicant to work 9:00am to 4:30pm Wednesday and Friday then a half day on either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.
Pay Rate - £11.00 to £12.50 depending on experience.
**General duties include but are not limited to**:
- Answering the phones in the office
- Setting up appointments
- Setting up tenant referencing with third party providers
- General admin when required
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience working in lettings preferred, but not essential.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
- Excellent organising and administration skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
