Administration Assistant

Merthyr Tydfil, United Kingdom Brecon Mountain Railway Full time

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of our office.

**Main duties include**:

- answering phone calls
- dealing with customer enquiries
- managing bookings
- occasional cover at the Ticket Office & Gift Shop.

Full training will be provided on the booking system and gift shop procedures.

Must be willing to work on weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

Salary will depend on experience.

**Essential**:

- Experience in office administration.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office management systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
