- An excellent telephone manner and smart appearance essential.
- IT skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office packages required.
- Experience of using bespoke database systems an advantage.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Dreamweaver advantageous although training will be provided.
- Willing to learn and progress
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Data entry and the updating of company vehicles through an in-house built database system.
- General administration duties such as document control; entering information onto databases and spreadsheets, filing, scanning

5 Days a week to include Monday & Thursday evening.

Salary Negotiable

Overtime, Bonus and commissions can exceed salary

Meal allowance

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
