We are looking for a **Business Support Administrator** to join our fantastic team based in **Derby Court**
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be part of the wider business support function and play a key role in providing secretarial, administrative, and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities.
You will be involved in the smooth running of the office: including reception work, front of house duties and administrative support to frontline clinicians and managers. You will ensure that high standards of customer service are provided by communicating effectively and appropriately with a range of professionals within and outside of the organisation.
**This is a part time opportunity, working 15 hours per week, Monday's and Friday's between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm**
Main Responsibilities
As a Business Support Administrator Your days will be** busy but rewarding with varied tasks, **you will:
- Maintain **effective working relationships** with colleagues within the organisation, working with managers and senior practitioners to ensure that statutory and other timescales for tasks are achieved
- Provide cover when required throughout the day to carry out **reception duties**: greeting visitors, responding to queries and processing post
- Work with **Systm1 Database** adding and accessing client records
- Attend, **take notes and minutes** at a range of meetings as required.
- Ensure that **high standards of customer service** are provided by communicating effectively with service users, colleagues, managers, and a range of professionals from within and outside of the organisation
- **Process a variety of patient data information documents** regarding referrals and outcomes ensuring next step for user is smart and effectively entered on appropriate database

We are looking for someone who has the following:
- **Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.**:

- **Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.**:

- **Can work with discretion, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality**
It would also be desirable if you have sound knowledge of a wide range of office procedures and administration experience.
