We are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Office Coordinator to join a company based in Redbourn, on a part-time basis. It is initially a 6-month contract but is likely to be extended and possibly made permanent

The client will consider those looking for 2-3 days per week, with the working days ideally Tues/Weds/Thurs. They can be flexible on the hours worked, as long as you are able to commit to 6-8 hrs per day.

You will be responsible for effective and efficient management of the office to ensure a safe, secure, inviting environment that meets the needs of senior management and each associate to effectively do their job. They have a beautiful office setting, and you will be well looked after and supported

**What’s in it for you?**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the office environment including service providers to maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised office.
- Ordering all supplies to keep the office running
- Coordinate activities with office suppliers to include
- Gardner, Pest Control, and Handyman
- Support the relationship with the property owner
- Support Alarm Management activities, property lighting and gate maintenance
- Liaison with the Taxi companies and manage the accounts
- Place, receive and put away all general grocery and coffee orders for the office
- Responsibility for general clean-up in the kitchen (above individual associate requirements
- Upkeep of the office facility maintenance
- parking lot, heating, gas tanks, lighting, electrical, carpet, furniture, and waste management
- Support Health and Safety office activities
- Set up and manage Travel arrangements
- Manage calendaring events
- Conference room set up for larger meetings
- General admin responsibilities
- Provide support for office specific project
- Support the set-up of team activities, events, conferences, Senior Management meetings, Global Monthly Team Meetings
- Support the Business Management Team (BMT) from an administrative capacity, as needed, for ad hoc projects, initiatives and events.
