Logistics Administrator

We are currently working with a Client based in Rochdale who are in need of a Logistics Administrator to join their social and dynamic team. This role has been developed due to the Company’s success and will be on a fulltime and permanent basis.

**The Role**
- Being a main point of contact for Customers whose shipments are in transit in delivering high levels of Customer Service
- Working with both internal and external teams (Depot Managers, Transport Teams) in resolving Customer queries, complaints and completing any internal investigations regarding missing/ damaged stock
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM Systems regarding Customer interaction and feedback/ changes to deliveries and shipments
- Working collaboratively as a Team in meeting outcomes and providing the best service possible to new and existing Customers

- Strong communicator - Essential

- Confident in learning new IT & Systems - Essential (Initial training provided)
- Able to build effective and professional relationships with both your Colleagues and Customers - Essential
