***We are looking for two highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic administrators to join our Training Administration, DBS, Advertising, Recruitment Team within the Business Support Centre. The vacancies are on the Recruitment Team and the Training Administration Team, although there are opportunities to cross-work.

**The Training Administration Team**

***The team provide administrative support to both internal and external customers who are accessing both Leeds City Council Training as well as training from external providers.

**Recruitment Team**

***The recruitment team provide essential support and guidance to LCC managers undertaking recruitment exercises. This includes the posting of vacancies as well as collating and retaining pre-employment checks to support the onboarding of preferred applicants.

The Team form part of Employment Services which is a fast paced and varied team providing a service to over 40,000 employee records. We support the authority’s responsibilities in connection with HR policy, employment legislation and payroll throughout each stage of an employee’s employment journey. This ranges from advertising and recruitment, through to training, attendance, changes to terms and conditions/pay awards and ultimately leaving and retiring. The service deals with high volumes of work where accuracy and attention to detail is crucial. We work closely with key partners such as HR, IDS, Legal Services and other internal BSC teams. The service compromises of around 80 colleagues working flexible across four key teams to deal with peaks in workload.
