We are looking for 3 highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fulfil the role of Service Administrator for the UK Foundation Programme Office (UKFPO), hosted by HEE. You will be part of a dynamic, growing team with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

The whole team works in close collaboration with stakeholders from the four devolved administrations, the Academy of Royal Medical Colleges (AoMRC), the Medical Schools Council (MSC) and the General Medical Council (GMC).

We are looking for the proven ability to effectively prioritise your own workload and have a proactive approach. You will need to work as part of the administrative team to help deliver tasks that require collective effort and be able to work with a high degree of discretion and initiative, respecting confidentiality of information. It will be important for the post holder to develop and maintain an understanding of key Foundation issues to manage and prioritise workload effectively and make appropriate decisions.

This role is available across all HEE national and local offices as remote working is fully supported.
