We are looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist to join our innovative Operations Team in Leeds
We have been a leading Debt Management business for over two decades. 250 people from North and West Yorkshire who provide excellent customer service to all our clients and extended customers. Our Mission is simple: ‘Helping our clients efficiently manage their customers by providing high quality investigative and debt recovery specialists who deliver innovative and market-leading services’.
As our B2B Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
Supporting SME business owners through financial difficulties
Administration skills will be taught, communications with customers over email.
Using multiple client systems to review customer accounts.
Adhering to Data Protection Laws
