**About the Job**:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent events?

If you are an Events Coordinator who has experience working within a marketing department or have events coordinating experience as part of a marketing or sales role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.

If successful, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing department in this new position, developing and delivering our events programme from small scale staff enrichment activities or customer focus groups to large scale trade exhibitions.

**Your typical office day will look like**:
Planning internal and external events, including exhibitions, focus groups, virtual events, customer visits, staff events and enrichment activities, careers fairs, networking events, stakeholder events, conferences, award ceremonies and other related activities.

Ensuring all events are delivered within set budgets and meet the required quality standards.

Developing event concepts and themes based on strategy objectives as well as unique creative, forward-thinking ideas to enable PWS to stand out from the crowd.

Providing stakeholders with post-event analysis, measuring event impact and ROI and providing reports on key metrics.

Supporting internal inter-departmental sustainability and wider Corporate Social Responsibility.

**Your typical event day will look like**:
Representing PWS in person at events throughout the UK and abroad.

Coordinating all event logistics and stand set up; room/stand layout, furniture, display pop ups, event promo and giveaway materials, AV equipment, staffing of stand, name badges/delegate packs, transport and accommodation.

Driving to/from multi-day events, staying away from home overnight and working long and unsociable hours. Lone working at small-scale pop-up events and during set up and breakdown of stands.

Ensuring all events adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies, acting as appointed H&S representative for PWS whilst off site at events and appointed first aider as needed.

Utilising networking in person at events to identify new event opportunities, industry best practice and innovation.

**You will have**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as part of an events, marketing or sales team in a role that included events coordination and delivery.
- Experience of event planning and delivery including set-up and on-site logistics management.
- A Full, Clean UK drivers’ licence (travel with overnight stays within the UK required).
- A good level of understanding of exhibition health & safety best practice.
- Experience of analytics, reporting and evidencing ROI of events.
- Customer service experience in a high stress environment.
