The University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS) is looking to recruit a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic individual who can provide exemplary administrative support to our students, staff and wider network and who has an excellent team work ethic. The post is based in the School¿s Employability Team and you will be a point of contact for students, staff and others connected to our Post Graduate employability support. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of work to ensure that a high-quality service is delivered to users whilst overseeing procedures and tasks to ensure our Post Graduate employability support runs smoothly. You should be able to multi-task with good IT, communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and employers as required. You will have a minimum of 3 x GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language. This role requires an individual with a strong customer care focus and experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to maintain a calm and professional approach. The post is available on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
