**Role: Administration / Scheduling Assistant**
**Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm**
**Salary: £21,000 per annum**
**Location: Waterwells Business Park, GL2**
**Experience: Ideally some all centre / office / admin experience required**
We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary Team where you will support our field based teams and our customers in regards to sight and hearing needs.
In this role you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of Domiciliary our services that we provide across the region. You must have excellent customer care skills partnered with positive communication as you will be dealing with a very varied patient base. In addition to this, you have to be able to multi
- task as you will need to be able to complete different tasks throughout the day and be able to work at pace. One minute you are on a call and the next you are having to contact the field based team with an update on a patient.
This is a varied, fast paced role where customers come first and strong administration skills are key as well as being confident using a computer.
