Production Schedule Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Schedule Coordinator to join our Universal Business Team in Gloucester. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising production schedules, streamlining operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of customer orders.
The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with excellent organisational skills, able to work independently as well as part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise production schedules to meet customer demands and minimise downtime
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure seamless delivery of customer orders, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a production planning or scheduling role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Operations Management
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
