**The Role**:
From managing diaries, coordinating a team of inspectors, to handling correspondence and performing various administrative tasks to assist with the deposit negotiations as part of the end of tenancy team. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in supporting our team and maintaining a positive work environment.

To mediate between landlord and tenant to assist between the liaising of five branches so strong attention to detail, good admin skills and great customer service skills are vital.

It is important you can manage your time effectively and to be a great influencer to ensure you provide a top class service to both our landlords and tenants.

This role is based in our dynamic Gloucester Maintenance hub, no experience necessary but we will give you FULL training. If you are looking to get into the property world, this could be your gateway.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong diary management skills are essential in this role.
- Liaise with all parties.
- Check inventories, check out reports and property inspection reports.
- Negotiation and release of deposit.
- Advising landlords and advise on recommendations following reports.
- Speaking with tenants on report findings, detailing any necessary works.
- Strong negotiation skills between both parties to reach a conclusion at end of tenancy.
