If so, you could be the Digital Product Owner we are looking for

As our Digital Product Owner you'll own the roadmap for our portfolio of products, ensuring they are prioritised to drive maximum user value and support business goals.

Working with our scrum team you’ll set the direction for shaping, building and deploying new products, features and enhancements to our website.

You’ll consult and collaborate closely with our fundraising and engagement colleagues and be supported by a scrum team made up of experts in UX, development, QA, delivery and content.

**Working arrangements**

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you must be prepared to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause. Most of our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office each week, on average.

**About you**

With an excellent understanding of the digital product development and product life-cycle management, you’ll also have knowledge of product discovery techniques and data analysis and insight tools.

Whilst agile scrum experience is a bonus it is not essential, we’ll give you the support, coaching and tools to succeed in this role.

You’ll have proven experience of stakeholder management and will have previous experience of managing complexity, able to problem solve and create solutions.

With excellent communication and presentation skill, you will be able to liaise with various stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation. A team player, able to collaborate and adapt to changing situations. You will also be proactive about finding better ways of doing things and building your technical know-how, where needed.
