RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our Warwickshire based policing client for a Recruitment Assistant.

Offering a full time positions on a permanent basis with a salary of £21,835 - £24,156.

**Main Duties**:

- Work in partnership with the hiring community, supporting with their recruitment requirements
- Attending interviews and recruitment events on behalf of the hiring community such as recruitment evenings, national career exhibitions and armed force events
- Provide a high quality customer focussed recruitment service in accordance with the force strategy.
- Manage your portfolio of work across police officer and police staff management teams
- Process all aspects of transactional activities, ensuring accurate recruitment records are maintained and offering general guidance and support.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox and calls from both internal and external.
- Input and maintain information in the recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) and other associated systems. To run reports from the ATS and Discoverer as required.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, including cover for colleagues, as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Experience of dealing with recruitment processes, conditions of employment and administering Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience of working within a recruitment team.
- Experience of working as part of a team in a customer service environment.Understanding of the recruitment process and employment legislation.
