Our client specialise in non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments to rejuvenate the face and re-contour the body. Their clinic is based in the beautiful setting of Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire.
They are currently seeking an experience Sales Experience to join their bookings team. This role is based on a 40 hour rota, and you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.
You must be confident in delivering five-star customer service and prepared to act on your own initiative and be able to upsell and recommend their full treatment offerings across two clinics. This is a back of house office-based role.
Highly competitive salary with excellent commission structure based on lead generation.
Key skills required:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Confidence in upselling the wide range of treatments and packages we offer
- Achieving sales goals and targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Present, promote and sell treatments using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to deliver first-class customer service and handle challenging situations
- Exceptional telephone manner and ability to remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Confidence with online booking systems and the ability to multi-task
- Well presented, a team player with excellent attitude towards their work
- An interest in the Aesthetics industry and an understanding of the industry or the ability to pick up and retain information about a wide range of services very quickly
