AirRide is a family owned business and specialist in the motoring industry focusing on air-suspension products, kits, parts, professional fitting and product development. To maintain high service levels within the growing mail order sphere of the business we are seeking to appoint a mail order co-ordinator. Whilst proficiency of our specific product ranges and services can be acquired following appointment, an in-depth knowledge of, and natural aptitude for vehicles and mechanical comprehension is essential.

The role will involve:

- Dealing with:

- Telephone enquiries
- Social media enquiries
- Personal visits by customers
- Dealing with invoicing and receipting
- Order status reports and customer updates
- Basic web updates
- Sorting and Packaging of orders
- Sorting lists of components for ordering
- Minor Project Management

This role encompasses a significant element of administrative duties and therefore a good level of written English, as well as reasonable technical and computing knowledge using Microsoft Office packages is required.

Training will be given within the specialist products that we supply but priority will be given to those with a good existing knowledge of car models.

As a family run business, we appreciate that staff may need some flexibility on their specific working patterns. Therefore, we are happy to discuss the specific start and finish times, and hours being sought by the successful applicant(s).

This vacancy is based at our central Norwich premises, staff parking provided on site. NMW.

Initially the successful applicant will be working under the direct supervision of the lead mail-order co-ordinator.
