Are you a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? NVCS and Green Farm Coffee are seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Telesales/Order Processing/Admin.

NVCS and Green Farm Coffee are a leading family owned Vending and Coffee machine supplier, we are also proud to roast our own range of coffee in our bespoke roasting facility on site in Rackheath. We supply our great equipment and even better coffee to a wide selection of businesses across East Anglia and mainland Britain. Alongside these great products we also provide full service vending operations, fresh food production with supply, wholesale supplies and a full after service operation provided by our in house technical team.

Due to the continued broadening of our business we are now looking for a new member to join our telesales team to help support the growth of our wholesale business.

The main duties required within this role will predominantly include, but not limited to
- Process incoming orders and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Enter order details into the system and update customer information as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers to address any enquiries or issues related to their orders
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as necessary
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets

And some of the key skills we will be looking for will be
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales support will be preferred but not essential

Most of all you will have a desire to provide excellent support to existing aswell as new customers from a wide range of businesses. We are a small but committed team and always look to provide the best we can to our customers, and we would like you to be similar.

We offer a competitive salary with commission and a realistic OTE of £30k+, a fixed 37.5 hour week, however due to the nature of the job we are open to people looking for full time as well as a part time position, 21 days holiday rising to 26 with five years service, free life assurance, free tea and coffee, staff discount scheme which includes fresh food, and free on site parking.
