Job Overview:
Hello

We are seeking a fun, positive and organized individual to join our small, but growing, team as an Order Processor. You will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring and accurate and timely delivery, communicating with our Factory and Purchasing departments and generally making sure that customer orders and enquires are dealt with promptly, professionally and with a smile on your face.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate
- Enter orders into the computerized system with a high level of attention to detail
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and any issues that may arise
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries or concerns related to orders
- Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
- Previous experience in the window and door/ fenestration industry is a bonus
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including data entry and order processing software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
