**Your new company**
You will be joining Sitek Enterprises Group based in Norwich, experts in delivering Electrical design solutions to a variety of energy sectors. We have been established over x years. We are recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to lead our businessto the next level. You will join a growing manufacturer to design and manufacture, bespoke electrical, instrumentation and controls panels to be operational into practically any type of environment.
The role will be challenging and provide continually interesting and varied projects. You will be joining a supportive, creative and dynamic team, with a game changing leadership who have a clear vision and strategy for the business

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Planning**
Planning & managing the day-to-day operations (resources, labour and materials)
Liaise closely with other SITEK functions to support delivery of jobs & products.
Liaising with all our clients daily as required
Co-ordination of all the contractors
Prepare and send "Job Specification Forms" to contractors prior to trips
Preparation of Operations Work packs and ensuring these are issued prior to work commencing
Ensure that "Job Specification Forms" are acknowledged by the contractors and filed / recorded accordingly
**Recruitment**:
Managing all recruitment drives:
**P lanningmanning l evels**
making sure we always have enough staff on our books to meet the demand of our customers & forecast work
recruitment of labour (based on current and future needs)
Raising client quotes & purchase orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Making sure that the Sitek Invoice matches the exact days / overtime / travel etc before it is submitted to accounts to be submitted to our clients
Make sure that ALL PO’s issued by our clients are up-to-date, valid and still active, if not make sure that you request a valid PO from our clients
At all times make sure that HCOMS & ZOHO reflect the real time status of all deals & contractors
Contribute the continuous improvement of all areas within the operations department: i.e. Operational Work Park / HCOMS
Maintain all active contractor Personnel Records ensuring that all relevant records are in date in advance of each trip
"Chasing" contractors for information / certificates
**QHSE**
Ensuring that:
all H&S Policies are reviewed and signed-off by staff and contractors offshore or onshore)
**Business Development**
Continually look to identify LEADS and convert them to opportunities
Visiting clients and Sitek personnel at their workplace
**Reports**
Preparation and delivery of accurate weekly Operations reports
Annual budget preparation to aid with cost control
Other operational statistical analysis and reports as and when required
This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder would be expected to be actively involved in promoting the Company’s profile in a positive manner.
Any tasks (other than the above) required to be carried out by the post holder are to be agreed with the General Manager.
