**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all orders in are processed and filed daily
- All requests to amend customer orders i.e. capping and short date/out of date stock are processed and filed daily.
- Ensure that all reports and delivery instructions for service providers are issued daily.
- Ensure that stock is available and in the correct store for allocated orders.
- Ensure that all KPI’s are updated and distributed weekly.
- Check invoices and raise requisitions for approval and process PO’s on a daily basis for supplier’s payments or purchases.

**Profile**:

- General office/administrative experience.
- Good organisational and time management skills - able to prioritise work and switch between tasks to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong verbal and numerical skills.
- Good relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.54 per hour
