**Marketing Executive**

You must be a confident writer and assured using marketing tools unsupervised. As our Marketing Executive, you will aim to increase brand awareness and engagement with quarterly numbers to meet.

You will be working hands-on with the team to own the creation and execution of various marketing campaigns targeting new and existing customers using multiple channels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Research, generate and schedule interesting and engaging content for clients and employees using the platform.
- Raise the Company's profile in different HR mediums by communicating with external contacts to ensure the profile of the editorial is raised.
- Develop and improve our online content in line with SEO best practices to ensure the site engages visitors while ranking effectively in search engines and increasing web traffic.
- Be responsible for managing the workflow and prioritisation of marketing tasks
- Engage our internal employees in submitting ideas and supporting our brand's social media and overall brand presence.
- Coming up with the Each Person social media strategy through all social media platforms.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Media.
- Experience of working within a similar style role.
- Fantastic copywriting, community engagement, marketing strategy, and client communication skills.
- Verifiable ability to modify your ‘tone of voice’ in various written communications.
- Creative storyboarding skills.
- Confident in selling your concepts to senior stakeholders with the ability to develop concepts into working projects.
- High levels of creativity, energy and initiative
- Desired skills in Adobe or Sketch
- In-depth knowledge of social media.
