Recruitment & Training Executive

3R Consulting are recruiting a Recruitment & Training Executive, hybrid position with one day per week in the Chester Office and with regular travel to the SE of England.
You will be the first point of contact for applicants ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with company process and SLAs. The position involves excellent communication skills both verbal & written and general administration as well as on occasion being involved in face to face interviews. You will plan and prioritise the recruitment and training needs of the Business Development Managers and plan day to day training programmes in the SE Region.
You will have an excellent telephone manner & communication skills, a recruitment/training background an advantage, the ability to influence, engage and build strong relationships with potential Licensees and Field Operations Teams. Excellent IT skills, knowledge of the hospitality industry an advantage, able to work in a forever changing environment. You will have a full UK driving Licence.
Monday to Friday position 9am - 5pm
