We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join our team at The Business Connection Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and training needs of our Senior Team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan and prioritize recruitment and training activities, including managing training courses and e-learning programs.
  • Conduct telephone screenings and determine appropriate next steps for potential clients.
  • Process application forms and conduct credit checks.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company procedures.
  • Order marketing materials and update the company website with vacancy details.
  • Communicate with the company database and plan and execute e-shot campaigns through digital platforms.
  • Prepare materials and support with regional events, occasionally attending these events.
  • Participate in industry recruitment initiatives and company-led initiatives as required.
  • Support in promoting opportunities across the business using various tools.
  • Monitor social media platforms and promote opportunities and events, responding to messages.
  • Professionally represent the company at regional events when necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite, with additional knowledge in MailChimp, WordPress, and social media platforms being advantageous.
  • Demonstrates versatility and flexibility in approach and working methods.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance the various needs of the business effectively.
Working Arrangements

This position is based in our Head Office and requires attendance on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely from home for the remainder of the week.
