Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a privately held research company, located in South Oxfordshire, for recruitment of a professional part/full-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO and founder of the business.

The Executive Assistant will be required to provide essential and direct support to the CEO, ensuring all daily activities run smoothly. This is an incredibly varied role and so responsibilities will spread across supporting the CEO in any public relationsand scientific research activities, alongside helping organise their speaking commitments.

Responsibilities in brief include:

- Management of diary and appointments
- Organising travel arrangements, alongside bookings
- Management of both private an company accounts
- Dealing with all communication and filtering and prioritising any correspondence
- Liaising with relevant individuals, external organisations

This role will suit someone that is a competent, reliable, highly organised and confident individual that has a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. They will have excellent communication skills both written and oral and they will be able to successfullyprioritise daily tasks efficiently and effectively.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum and the role is office based.
