Hays are currently recruiting for Recovery Workers in the Chichester and surrounding areas. You will be supporting service users from point of entry, through to their treatment and recovery, ensuring harm is reduced through educating them and working with themon a 1 to 1 basis. This is a full-time role for an initial 6-month contract, a Monday - Friday role

**To be successful**:

- Ideally previous experience supporting those with substance misuse or supporting homelessness
- Good working knowledge of mental health interventions and services
- Experience working in an outcomes-focused environment
- IT competency and excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Full driver's license is desirable but not a necessity
